FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we’ll get it ready for shipping and notify you when it’s on its way. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus an additional 2-5 days for shipping, depending on your location.
Where is my tracking number?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order is ready to ship. For international orders, tracking is not available, but we will provide a customs form number.
What is the return policy?
We do not offer refunds, except in cases where we suspect potential fraud and issue a refund as a precaution.
Exchanges:
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must be requested within seven (7) business days of delivery.
- To exchange an item, email us at support@SampleChamps.com with your name and order number.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card company as refunds may take time to appear.
- Contact your bank to ensure there isn’t a processing delay.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@SampleChamps.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary by location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items
- As a young & growing company, we focus on collaborating athletes, artists, designers, and entertainers who are frequently involved in photoshoots, tours, or videos, especially those with label support. Of course not everyone fits into this category, but nothing is overlooked, could be a great future fit. Look forward to hearing from you!
